萧翎也拱手行礼：“世子爷。”
谢衍点了点头，目光从萧翎身上掠过，落在沈鹿溪脸上。
“早点回去。”

谢衍上了马车，车帘落下来。
沈鹿溪站在原地，看着那辆车帘，发了会儿呆。
“沈姑娘？”萧翎叫她。
“来了。”她收回目光，上了后面的马车。
坐在马车里，她打开那包蜜饯，吃了一颗。

但不知道为什么，她总觉得今天的蜜饯没有上次的好吃。
也许是因为太甜了。

回到伯府之后，沈鹿溪去给姨母请安。
永宁伯夫人拉着她的手，笑得合不拢嘴。
“鹿溪，今天萧家那边让人来递话了。”
沈鹿溪愣了一下：“什么话？”
“萧世子想正式来府上拜访，”永宁伯夫人笑着说，“你说这孩子，之前偷偷摸摸地来，现在终于想起来要正式登门了。”
沈鹿溪的脸红了：“姨母……”
“姨母就是跟你说一声，”永宁伯夫人拍了拍她的手，“你要是觉得好，我就让他来。要是不想见，我就回了他。”
沈鹿溪低下头，沉默了一会儿。
“让他来吧。”她小声说。
永宁伯夫人笑了：“行，那就定在后日。”
从姨母那里出来，沈鹿溪走在廊下，心里乱糟糟的。
萧翎要来正式拜访了。
这意味着什么，她很清楚。
姨母觉得他好，她也觉得他好。他对她好，真诚，不拐弯抹角。家世清白，人品端正，什么都好。
