“妹妹回来了。”她的声音细细的，有气无力，“妹妹别介意......我也住不了几天了。临死前，就想离亲人近一点。妹妹不会跟一个将死之人计较吧？”
陈棠音看着她。
五十年了，这张脸还是那副样子——楚楚可怜，我见犹怜。
谁看了都觉得她陈棠音是恶人，陈念宜是受害者。
陈棠音忽然笑了一下。
“不计较，你住着吧。”
她转身，往客房走。
“棠音。”顾越承叫住她，“客房念深偶尔要回来住，别动那间。你住隔壁那间保姆房吧。离主卧近，念宜有什么事，你也方便照应。”
陈棠音的脚步顿住了。
她回过头。
顾越承站在走廊里，理直气壮地看着她。
“好。”陈棠音说。
她拎着包，往保姆房走。
反正，也不过最后三天。
保姆房狭小逼仄，只有一张单人床、一个老式衣柜、一张三屉桌。
陈棠音把包放下，在床边坐了一会儿。
门外传来两兄弟对陈念宜无微不至的关切——
“念宜，你被子够不够厚？要不要再加一床？”
“嫂子，你渴不渴？我给你倒水。”
“越承，你去把暖气调高些，念宜怕冷。”
陈棠音听着，心里越发冰冷。
她包里翻出几个药瓶，倒出该吃的药，就着凉水吞下去。
门忽然被推开。
顾越承站在门口，手里端着一杯热水，皱眉看着她。
“怎么喝凉水？你胃不好，怎么还不知道好好养着？”
陈棠音愣了一下，没说话。
“吃的什么药？”顾越承瞥了一眼桌上的药瓶。
陈棠音顿了顿，把药瓶收进抽屉：“安眠药。”"
