温若曦从桌下抱出个小木箱，打开后，里面是厚厚一沓银票和地契。
“这是我嫁妆里能动用的，一共两万八千两。”她将箱子推到林尘面前，
“另外，我在江南还有三间铺面，可以卖掉应急。
但即便如此，也只能撑半年。”
林尘看着那箱银票，心中触动。
温若曦嫁入林家不过四年，五哥战死时，她完全可以带着嫁妆回娘家改嫁。
但她选择留下，如今更是拿出全部私产填补家用。
“五嫂，”林尘将箱子推回去，“这钱不能动。”
“为什么？”温若曦皱眉，“现在不是逞强的时候！”
“我不是逞强。”林尘站起身，走到《商路通衢图》前，
“靠变卖嫁妆度日，那是饮鸩止渴，咱们得开源，而不是节流。”
温若曦眼睛一亮：“八弟有办法？”
“办法是有，但需要本钱。”林尘转身，“五嫂这两万八千两，正好做启动资金。”
“你想做什么生意？”
林尘没有直接回答，反而问：“五嫂，你觉得京城现在什么最赚钱？”
温若曦思索片刻：
“无非是酒楼、青楼、赌坊，还有药材、绸缎这些老行当。
但这些行业竞争激烈，咱们现在入场，怕是……”
“不，”林尘摇头，“我要做的，是别人没做过的。”
他走回桌边，拿起笔，在纸上画了个简单的示意图。
“五嫂你看，京城达官贵人无数，他们最缺的是什么？”
“权势？钱财？美色？”
“是时间，和新鲜感。”林尘在纸上写写画画，
“他们有的是钱，但每天无非是上朝、应酬、听曲、逛园子，久了也腻。咱们就给他们提供点新鲜的。”
温若曦好奇地凑过来：“怎么个新鲜法？”
“第一，”林尘画了个圈，“办‘私人会所’。”
“会所？”
“就是高级俱乐部，吃喝玩乐的地方。”林尘解释道：
“选址在清静雅致处，只对会员开放。"
