最后他们抓着这几个流氓一路扭送去了官府。
因那群流氓散播谣言阻止百姓领药，激起了众怒。
官府不得不彻查此事，结果他们顺着这群流氓一路追查竟查到了英国公府的二管家。
原来是他吩咐亲戚雇了流氓来造谣。
